Something I wrote a very very long time ago for fun, examining vampires in myth and popular culture. Yes, I was an odd little child. :) Found it while cleaning USB drives, figured I'd post for an interesting look at the research.

It seems like only yesterday. It seems like eons. I can still hear your voice, “Hello Punkin!”. It’s an echo in my mind. I can’t see your smile. But I remember your hugs. I …

I was reading an article about John Hale and his part in the Salem Witch trials in 1692. Those were dark days in which political and personal squabbles could lead to accusations of witchcraft. In s…

About Me
I've written a few poems that were published and I have published a children's book, Homer the Little Unicorn. I love to read books that have the characters fully developed such as Stephen King does with his books. It's great to read a book and feel like you know the characters, can see the place in your mind and it's like watching a movie when reading it. A Great writer makes the words come to life, IMO.
Some of my work tends to be on the "social conscience" side and I try to make a difference with it.

Books I Want To Read
Many. Some evil purloined me from the world of books...but I'm back now. I've got a bunch of unread books here in the house, even some unfinished Stephen King books. My goal is to read all of these and then read some in the list from Stephen King's On Writing Memoir.
Interests
Writing, reading, rock music, gaming, making websites, cooking, art. I have a lot of interests actually. I have a collection of lighthouses that sit on my mantel and a beautiful framed painting of Pemaquid Point. I have fond memories of childhood 4th of July family gatherings at Pemaquid.
